Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear rules governing subscription cancellations, unspent credit refunds, and dispute resolution at SacredGPT.
1. Operator & Financial Processing
Payment processing and digital receipts are managed by [ИП / ООО Название ОГРН / ИНН] via Platega processing gateway (SBP, Russian cards, SberPay, USDT).
2. 7-Day Subscription Refund Policy
You may request a full refund for an initial subscription purchase (Light 590 RUB, Core 1,490 RUB, Intensive 3,490 RUB) within 7 calendar days of payment, provided the included credits have not been fully consumed. Partial credit usage is refunded pro-rata.
3. Refunds for Purchased API Credits
Unspent API wallet credits purchased via one-off top-ups can be refunded upon written user request within 14 days of purchase, minus consumed request costs.
4. Subscription Cancellation Process
Cancel monthly subscription auto-renewal at any time with a single click in Dashboard -> Billing, or by emailing support@sacredgpt.ru. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. How to File a Refund Request
To submit a refund claim, email support@sacredgpt.ru with your registered email, transaction date, and payment amount. Approved refunds return to the original payment method (card or SBP account) within 3–5 business days.
